Refund and Returns Policy

At AgraTourism.co.in, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying travel experience. Our Refund and Return Policy has been designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand. Please review the following terms before making any bookings on our platform.


1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tour Packages

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow flexible cancellations based on the time of notice provided.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 7 days 90% refund (after deduction of payment gateway and processing charges)
3 to 7 days 50% refund
Less than 3 days No refund

Important Notes:

  • Hotel bookings, monument tickets, transportation charges, and any third-party reservations already made are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


2. Cancellation by AgraTourism.co.in

In rare situations where we are required to cancel a booking due to:

  • Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, etc.)

  • Government restrictions or curfews

  • Low group size (for group departures)

  • Technical or operational reasons

We will provide a 100% refund or offer you an option to reschedule or change the destination at no extra cost.


3. Refund Policy for Hotel Bookings & Tickets

If your tour includes hotel reservations or pre-booked monument tickets, their refundability will depend entirely on the terms of the respective hotel or ticket provider. In most cases, these are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

We will assist in processing partial refunds based on the cancellation policies of our third-party partners.


4. Transport-Only Bookings (Cabs, Buses)

Cancellations for transport-only bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund. Any last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as vehicle and driver allocations are made in advance.


5. No-Show or Missed Tour Policy

  • If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up point without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

  • Delays due to personal reasons will not be adjusted in the tour schedule or refunded.


6. Modification of Tour Dates

We allow one-time free modification of your travel date if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability and rate differences (if any).


7. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed via the same mode of payment used during booking (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) and usually reflect within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
